1. Overview
PID-ERP is a private, in-house business management application operated by Total Office Furniture (“we”, “us”, “the Company”) for the Company’s own internal operations. The PID-ERP QuickBooks Connector (“the Application”) connects PID-ERP to the Company’s own QuickBooks Online account to synchronize product and customer records. The Application is intended solely for authorized employees and representatives of the Company.
2. License
We grant authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Application for the Company’s internal business purposes only. The Application is not offered, sold, or distributed to the general public.
3. Acceptable Use
Users agree to use the Application only for lawful, authorized business purposes and not to attempt to access data belonging to any party other than the Company. Users must keep their credentials confidential.
4. Data
The Application accesses QuickBooks Online data (such as products, prices, and customers) only to synchronize it with PID-ERP. Handling of that data is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.
7. Changes
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
