Application: PID-ERP QuickBooks Connector · Last updated: July 8, 2026

1. Who we are

PID-ERP is a private, in-house business management system operated by Total Office Furniture (“we”, “us”, “the Company”). The PID-ERP QuickBooks Connector (“the Application”) is used only by authorized Company personnel to connect PID-ERP to the Company’s own QuickBooks Online account. The Application is not a public product and does not serve third-party end users.

2. Information we access

Through the QuickBooks Online API, the Application accesses the Company’s own accounting data — such as products and services, prices, and customer records — solely to synchronize that information with PID-ERP. We do not access data belonging to any organization other than the Company.

3. How we use it

Accessed data is used only to keep the Company’s product catalog, pricing, and customer records consistent between QuickBooks Online and PID-ERP. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Storage and security

Synchronized data and API tokens are stored in the Company’s own PID-ERP database on the Company’s hosting account. Access tokens are kept in server-side storage that is not publicly accessible, and all connections to QuickBooks Online are made over encrypted HTTPS. Access to PID-ERP requires authenticated Company credentials.

5. Data retention

Data is retained only as long as needed for the Company’s business operations. The QuickBooks connection can be revoked at any time from within PID-ERP or from the Intuit account, which stops further data access.

6. Third parties

The only third-party service involved is Intuit QuickBooks Online, accessed under the Company’s own Intuit account and subject to Intuit’s terms and privacy policy.

7. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date will reflect any changes.
